Here are the requirements to achieve S+ rank on professional difficulty in the sixth DLC mission of the game (The Places We're Meant To Die): Kills: 100 Deaths: 1 Items collected: 15 Clear Time: 25:00 For this mission I recommend that you use Dee-Ay, his Super Soldier ability comes in handy against the Hunters but also the Umbrella machine guns. I recommend that you have Harley as your support since he can heal you from time to time.
